Visitors have the opportunity to taste traditional lagoon cuisine handed down from generation to generation, from “Risi e bisi co’a’enguà” to “Bacalà in tocio”. The most typical dishes are undoubtedly those connected to the sea, however meat-lovers will also be spoilt for choice. All recipes are accompanied by fruit and vegetables from local farms and Veneto and Friuli’s aromatic wines.
