About Chamonix
Chamonix is a traditional Alpine town set against breathtakingly spectacular scenery at the foot of the majestic Mont Blanc (Europes highest peak). It has a long standing reputation amongst skiers, many of whom come either to ski the famous Vallée Blanche or to tackle some of the most challenging off-piste skiing available.
The skiing is divided into five main areas, all linked by an efficient ski bus service; the full lift pass offers also a days skiing in Courmayeur in Italy. The resort itself has an excellent range of sporting and leisure facilities, including a large sports centre. The nightlife is unrivalled.
